Cosmos, balanced universe

The beautiful cosmos flower caught my eyes this evening. Aren't they so beautiful?

The word Cosmos is derived from the Greek, which means a balanced universe. In Asian country, cosmos flower is the sign of early Fall.

Genus Cosmos has about 20 species of annual and perennial plants in the Asteraceae family, the family of Asters, Daisies and Sunflowers. Cosmos flowers can regrow in the following spring if seed falls on bare ground.

Ikebana flower arrangements from our garden

Quince (branches, from flower market) and Dalia (from my plot).

I planted Quince in my plot this Spring. It is still too small to use for arrangements. I hope it will grow big enough to make nice arrangements next Spring.

Great look!

Our garden looks just amazing!
Thank you, everyone, for your hard work and TLC.
Extra big thank you, Joe for getting new mulch to our entire garden!
